The D-M3 personal audio system combines a superb-sounding CD/radio/amplifier electronics module with Mission MS-5 loud-speakers to provide outstanding sound quality and ease-of-use. Featuring 20 watts per channel, the D-M3 includes an AM/FM/FM stereo tuner with Radio Data System data display that shows program type, station name and other information when receiving broadcasts from RDS radio stations.

Controlled by infrared remote, the D-M3 is provided with additional inputs and outputs for connection to optional MiniDisc and cassette recorder units. The built-in clock and timer system can be used as an alarm clock (wake to music), as well as providing a sleep timer function.
