MAIN UNIT: The system's main unit combines an AM/FM tuner with Nakamichi's exclusive 5-disc MusicBank CD changer, which accommodates five discs without a magazine. Inserting and exchanging discs is quick and simple, and Nakamichi's unique mechanism cannot damage discs because it never touches the playing surface. MusicBank offers a variety of programming options, including all-disc memory play, random play, all-repeat and memory-repeat play.
The tuner provides up to 10 AM and 20 FM station presets. High-performance radio receiving circuitry and digital synthesis tuning produce outstanding FM reception.
The main unit is housed in brushed silver or black aluminum. You choose between amber and green display illumination.
TWO REMOTE CONTROLS: The system includes a full-function remote control with command keys for all direct access and programmable functions. A compact sub-remote controls all basic system features.
SATELLITE SPEAKERS: Satellite speakers feature a 2-way, 3-speaker configuration. A parallel-driven 5cm midrange driver delivers natural and well-defined midrange reproduction and the 2.5cm tweeter ensures smooth and extended high frequency response. For phase accuracy, the tweeter is mounted on top of the speaker enclosure.
Left and right satellite speakers can be wall-mounted, placed on optional floor pedestals or suspended on optional angle-adjustable wall brackets.
