Direct Line Recording (DLR)

The DLR technique makes it possible to make a bit-by-bit recording from CD or other sources with a sample frequency of 44.1kHz ą100ppm.

When this signal is detected, the SRC will be switched of automatically and a special tuneable crystal will bring the speed of the R(W)-disc in line with the source disc.
