Minolta Activa Standard-Type Zoom Binoculars 7-15 x 35 and 8-20 x 50 feature multi-coated optics and multi-coated high-refraction BaK4 prisms, for optimum light-gathering capability and edge-to-edge clarity. The multi coating is applied to the all light-transmitting surfaces, for increased brightness. As a result, these binoculars offer remarkably crisp images with maximum brilliance and high contrast.

Zoom Control

Zoom control provides an extensive magnification range which is ideal for a variety of activities ranging from wildlife observation to sporting events. At low power, you can survey the entire field of view, then zoom in to examine the details. Minolta’s unique dual zoom lever allows both your thumb and the forefinger to control zooming without loss of grip or handling comfort.

Long Eye Relief

Activa Standard type Zoom Binoculars incorporate a new optical design to provide a generously-long eye relief of 15mm – the longest in their class. At this comfortable viewing distance, "tunnel imaging" is eliminated -- providing an extensive field of view even for eyeglass wearers. The easy to adjust sliding eyepiece cups extend or retract as needed.

Diopter Adjustment

A convenient diopter-adjustment wheel enables the user to pre-focus the binoculars to his or her own eyesight requirements. Diopter adjustment is independent of focusing and needs to be set only once for the user.

Center Wheel Focusing

The large focusing wheel can be operated easily with either hand, and allows you to quickly zero in on a subject or track moving objects effortlessly. Center wheel focusing is quick and smooth even when wearing gloves.
