A five-position mode dial on the front gives you easy access to a full range of flash modes, including Red-eye Reduction and a Self Timer. The Snappy LXII also offers Program Auto Exposure with four shutter speeds, so it automatically selects the proper speed to match film type and lighting conditions. You'll never have to worry about under- or over-exposed pictures again. Plus, the Snappy LXII is equipped with automatic film loading, advance and rewind features, leaving you free to just point, and shoot. Fully Automatic 35mm Camera makes taking great pictures a snap. The Snappy LXII/LXII Date offers automatic film loading, advance and rewind. It even automatically selects the proper shutter speed from one of four settings, 1/45, 1/100, 1/125 and 1/180 to ensure properly exposed pictures every time. Plus a button-controlled Mid-Roll Rewind feature to let you rewind the film from any position.
"Triple-size" Viewfinder is three times larger than a normal viewfinder. It's easier to see through and allows for more light to enter the viewfinder, so it's brighter, too. The Snappy LXII/LXII Date is a great choice for people who wear glasses full time. And since the viewfinder is positioned directly over the lens itself, the Snappy LXII/LXII Date eliminates left-right parallax.
Simplified Mode Dial for easy setting of camera functions. The Snappy LXII/LXII Date provides a full range of flash modes and a 10-second delay Self Timer, so you can be part of the picture.
Built-in Auto/On/Off Flash with Red-Eye Reduction assures you of perfect pictures in every lighting condition. Just rotate the Mode Dial to the desired setting and shoot. Auto mode activates the Auto Flash with Red-eye Reduction in any low light setting. Flash On deactivates the Red-eye Reduction function resulting in superior sunlight and shadow effects. Flash Off is for environments where flash photography is not permitted or required.
Precision Canon Optics are built into the 35mm f/4.5 three-element optical glass lens. Fixed-focus technology means you never have to worry about focusing again. The Snappy LXII/LXII Date provides a shooting distance range of 4.9 feet to infinity.
