One of the fastest and easiest ways to get video and audio into your computer for e-mail, presentations, or web applications, MPEG Movie has two modes: Presentation Mode with 15 seconds of video at 320 x 240 resolution, and Video Mail Mode with 60 seconds at 160 x 112 resolution.
Built-in microphone and Voice Memo Mode allows you to add narration to a still image-ideal for presentations.
Supplied rechargeable InfoLithium battery with AccuPower system provides up to 950 consecutive shots. That's the equivalent of 50 floppies in the fine mode, or shot after shot every few seconds, for two solid hours! AccuPower system lets you know how much time is left in minutes.

Playback crop/trim and resize functions lets you manipulate the picture inside your camera. Zoom and trim allows you to crop and blow up images without external software programs. Resize lets you save an image as a smaller file, permitting easier e-mailing or more room for storage.
The removable 3.5-inch floppy disk is still the storage media of choice. Floppy disks continue to be inexpensive, and easy to use. No hassles with connecting wires or interfaces, just insert into your PC's floppy drive. Each disk will store up to 40 images in VGA mode (640 x 480) per disk.
Disk Copy from the menu with your original disk in the camera and the MVC-FD85 will save images in temporary memory. Place a new disk in and you have an exact copy of all your pictures to share with anyone. And, you are not limited to just pictures, Excel, Power Point and Word files can also be copied from disk to disk.
