Ordering information SUPREME offers a 30 day return policy to all our customers. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help you. Please call or write our Returns Department and obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will assist you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Some limitations and restrictions apply. SUPREME operates a state-of-the-art automated warehouse and distribution center to ensure that your order is shipped quickly and accurately. Most credit-approved orders are shipped the same day they are placed. To ensure, fast, economical, and reliable delivery of your orders, SUPREME utilizes UPS and Federal Express APO and FPO shipments SUPREME is pleased to offer service to customers with APO and FPO addresses. All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and must meet Postal Regulations for maximum weight, dimension, etc. For your protection, we ship only to your credit card's verified billing address. For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. SUPREME is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
