Designed for low-cost business printing, the EPSON Stylus Color 740 offer 1440 dpi resolution, the smallest droplet size in its class, faster printing than the Epson Stylus Color 660, and has built-in USB connectivity for Windows and Macintosh.

Offers 1440 dpi resolution and smaller than ever ink droplets to produce color images that are noticeably richer, deeper and finely detailed. Black text is razor sharp. Print professional business presentations, reports, desktop publishing projects and great digital photographs.
Incorporates Epson's PerfectPicture™ Imaging System, featuring Micro Piezo™ ink jet technology, smooth AcuPhoto Halftoning™ and convenient, quick drying inks, to eliminate bleeding or smudged prints.
Compatible with Windows 95/98/NT and Macintosh. Connect to a Mac using its built-in USB port or Serial port, or to a PC using the USB port or standard parallel port. In addition, you can share the printer on an Ethernet Network using the Axis 1440 print server (available as an option).
Prints a black text memo at 6 ppm (pages per minute) and text with color graphics at 5 ppm. Outputs a 4" x 6" photo in just over a minute..
