If you need to return a product That doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help you. Please call our Returns Department and obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will assist you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit. Return Policy Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. All defective products will be accepted directly by SUPREME for credit, exchange or repair, at SUPREME's discretion within 30 days from the date of Invoice. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of items returned, and must be sent back within 30 days of the date of Invoice. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. No returns or exchanges on special ordered items, Televisions, speakers, tubes, opened stereo, or pal equipment All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the date of Invoice, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
