Toshiba's award-winning V3 technology delivers the best VHS quality available. For the sharpest picture and clearest sound ever, Toshiba completely redesigned the heart of the VCR - the head cylinder (or drum). The pre-amplifier is built directly into the head cylinder - just like in professional broadcast equipment - eliminating wiring that introduces "noise" into the audio and video. 6-Head 19-Micron System
Quality so good, you won't believe you've recorded in the 6-hour EP (or SLP) mode. Toshiba's 6-head system automatically switches to a special narrower 19-micron head whenever you playback or record in EP mode. The picture rivals the quality of standard 2-hour SP mode even though you're packing more recordings onto a single cassette.

Auto Speed Select
